RETURN AND EXCHANGE
1. Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for a refund or a Piermont Bicycle Connection Gift Card.
2. Return Period: There is a 30-day return period for all new parts and accessories items.
3. Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and in the same new condition as received.
4. Responsibility: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Bikes and Frames: Bikes and frames can only be returned for exchange or a Piermont Bicycle Connection Gift Card.
6. Mistakes or Damaged Items: If a mistake is made by the store or if the item was damaged during shipping, the store will correct the error. They will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and handle the refund/exchange promptly.
7. Returns Beyond 30 Days: If the item is still brand new, unused, and in full retail packaging, store credit can be offered for returns exceeding the 30-day limit. However, no refund will be issued after 30 days, and returns past 90 days are deemed final and not available for Giftcrd to Piermont Bicycle Connection
